My renovation experience with Brad and Builder One couldn't have gone any better, from start to finish. From the initial meeting, I knew that Brad was a professional who took tremendous pride in the work that he obviously loves. The planning process, including a comprehensive timeline set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic journey - ending with a main floor renovation that I am very proud of. Brad communicated with me consistently, and I was able to plan ahead and source all the items he needed - with recommendations and suggestions on where to get the best products from him. Not only did Brad stay committed to the project every day - he kept the work site so clean, I was able to live in the house during the course of demo and rebuild. The Quality of workmanship that Brad provides is outstanding, his pride shines through on every detail - his experience was priceless as this was my first renovation. I look forward to working with Brad in the future on the next phase of renovations in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone that is considering a renovation to their home!

Hi Brad,  I hadn't noticed the work you did on the rain barrel stand and the shed door until the weekend.  Nice job!  We’re very pleased.  The shelves in the boys’ rooms also look great.  Yes, we certainly have built a trust relationship.  Rhona and I were even talking about expanding our deck next summer and of course we would have you come and do that.  Certainly, when the time comes to do our basement, we’ll be calling you as well.
