Thinking back to my childhood, I have always been building and learning. My grandpa and my Dad would do wood projects in their basement shops, while I watched from the bench or swept up the saw dust. During winter, I’d spend all day building tinker toy structures and meccano machines on the floor and I remember, when my mom would call me for meals, my legs would be so stiff from sitting so long I could hardly get up. I made many of my toys, trucks, airplanes, radio control model planes, gas engine go-cart, and the list goes on. This early passion for building and focusing on the task at hand has not changed, I truly love building. Building is so natural to me I couldn’t imagine doing anything different.

The reason I am involved with renovations and construction is the need to be creative and not another cog in a system. I have a desire to listen attentively to people’s desires, visions and dreams. To work with them through the process of design sketches, which will make their space a usable and enjoyable environment every day. Whether it is their cooking, bathing, entertainment area or work space.
Over the years Builder One Projects has accomplished a vast array of projects with custom, high end finishes and renovations of all sizes. From small bathroom upgrades, to complete large reconfigurations of main or second floors, to meeting specialized needs in cabinets, to accessibility requirements, to handyman household work during a major project, I have a real desire to provide the highest quality and workmanship possible .
